How booking works in 3 simple steps

1) Submit a training request
Complete our training request form with your preferred course, location, dates, and the number of learners. Tell us any specific requirements (e.g., dental/clinical scenarios, workplace risks, or compliance needs means we can tailor the session).

2) We confirm details and pricing
We will contact you to confirm the course content, duration, group size, and any optional extras, then provide clear pricing. If you have a preferred trainer, you can request them at this stage (subject to availability).

3) Training delivered and certification issued
We deliver the course on the agreed date and tailor the content to your team. After completion, learners receive certification/CPD evidence (as applicable), and you will have the confidence and competence to respond effectively in an emergency.
